Title

First Floor Exhibit (Winter 1970-1971)

Subject

First Floor Exhibit (Pre-Columbian)

Description

Changed from what was one of three main exhibit cases in the First Floor Exhibit in 1968, housing pre-Columbian Art. While it still demonstrates several of the objects in the November 1968 exhibit case, we can see some of the changes to present the objects to be broken up through elevation to add depth to the exhibit. It still displays two large necklaces to accentuate the main levels of objects, but their suspension gives an additional layer.
